I Cannot Speak Without Shaking re-works several Nazi propaganda films made to advance arguments against people with disabilities during world war two. Through the lens of intimate journal entries written by a disabled woman, alive today, herself a survivor of physical trauma, the video is a personal view of the legacy of eugenics and of its contemporary ideological artifacts.
